Faisal Al Hammadi is the Managing Partner of Further, a venture building and investment platform that acts as an institutional co-founder to entrepreneurs by partnering with them to launch and grow new companies. He is also a board member of Endeavour UAE, an organization that supports entrepreneurs with potential for economic and social impact in their regions, and Wio, a digital banking platform offering customers in the UAE a fully digital banking choice with tailored products and services.

Prior to launching Further, Faisal was the Executive Director for the Incubation at ADQ. Faisal was also the Chief Technology Officer at Silal responsible for validating, sourcing and deploying Agri-Food technologies that will enable the UAE to meet its food security ambitions.

After working at Mubadala, he founded various start-ups in the food and technology space including, YACOB, a company that enables schools to manage nutrition using the latest in technology and behavioral economics. He was also the Founding Chairman of OneKitchen, a shared kitchen start-up that was exited to Reef Technologies. He was also the CEO of Slices, a company that he co-founded that grew to serve 20,000 healthy meals daily. Faisal was ranked the 13th Upcoming Entrepreneur in the UAE by Forbes Middle East (2015), was recognized as one of 100 Arab world startups which are shaping the future in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by the World Economic Forum (2017) and as a Young Arab Pioneer by the Arab Youth Office (2018).

Faisal was also a Vice President at Mubadala Healthcare and a board member of the Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre. He has also served as a member of several committees including the Executive Committee for the Abu Dhabi Economic Plan, and the Health Education Committee at Health Authority.

Faisal earned his MBA from Columbia Business School. He is also a Fellow of the sixth class of the Middle East Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
