The movie is one of the biggest Bollywood’s biggest productions of the year and is scheduled for release in October 2, 2014 at over 4,500 screens for an approximately audience of 50 million.
Bang Bang – a partnership between Fox Star Studios and twofour54 – is the first Bollywood film produced in Abu Dhabi. Filming started early May, and took place at various locations in Abu Dhabi including the Corniche, Liwa oasis, Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel, Qasr al Sarab, Emirates Palace and Yas Island. Abu Dhabi’s exceptional mixture of diverse locations, including striking landscapes and modern architecture combined with luxurious settings, has been immensely successful in drawing productions from all over the world.
Bang Bang is using the production services of twofour54 intaj, twofour54’s film and television services provider and benefiting from the Abu Dhabi Film Commission’s 30 percent production rebate in the Emirate.
