twofour54 brings Bollywood to Abu Dhabi

twofour54, the commercial arm of the Media Zone Authority – Abu Dhabi, is partnering with Fox Star Studios, one of India’s largest producers and distributors of motion pictures, to produce a Bollywood film in Abu Dhabi.
Bang Bang, which begins filming in numerous locations in Abu Dhabi from May 2nd, is using the world-class production services of twofour54 intaj and benefiting from the Abu Dhabi Film Commission‘s 30 per cent productions rebate. Bang Bang will film throughout the Emirate for more than three weeks.

Bang Bang comes hot on the heels of Universal Studios’ Fast & Furious 7, which wrapped up filming in Abu Dhabi less than two weeks ago.
The film features Bollywood superstars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif, as well as a talented production team including Director Siddharth Anand and Action Director Andy Armstrong, who worked on Spiderman, Thor, and The Green Hornet. The movie is scheduled for release in October 2, 2014 at over 4,500 screens for an approximately audience of 50 million. Bang Bang is one of the most anticipated films of 2014.
Bollywood is the term used for the Hindi-language film industry in India. It is one of the world’s largest, selling an estimated billion more tickets than Hollywood every year. Bollywood films often feature foreign locations and music and dance.
