3Line Media Arabia
3Line Media Arabia is a newly launched media company in Abu Dhabi focusing on all genres of production for children and family audiences. The company is part of 3Line Media UK, the producers of the global preschool series “Driver Dan’s Story Train”, owned jointly by Teresa Reed, Estelle Hughes and Mark Taylor.
3Line Media Arabia is developing content for children and families around the world. The projects are being developed in Abu Dhabi with the experienced 3Line team and with creative talent from across the Middle East. Whilst having their creative roots and development production in Abu Dhabi all projects are being developed for a global audience and for co-production with international partners.
In the UK 3Line Media is a successful multi-discipline media production company with an award winning animation studio, A Productions. It’s 3 founders have extensive and varied experience within children’s media production and development, and formed the company in 2007 (www.3linemedia.com) Production of “Driver Dan’s Story Train” began in 2009 and a second series is currently in production, bringing the total number of episodes to 102 plus a ½ hour Special. The second series is being co-produced in Abu Dhabi with Blink Studios, and uses writers, animators, illustrators and production staff from across the UAE.
