twofour54 offers fully-furnished, serviced offices with all your essential business services included in the cost. Suited to small and start-up companies of up to 8 employees, we have a wide range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 desk offices available.

- telephone setup and monthly rental
- 24-hour access and security
- shared reception service, staffed 9:00am to 6:00pm
- housekeeping – offices cleaned daily
- outside parking for each member of staff
- local daily Arabic and English newspaper delivery

fitted out offices: Office space that is ideally suited for companies with 8-25 employees. There is no upfront fit out costs and you can move in within 6 to 8 weeks.
